Delivery Timeframe:

• Standard Delivery: 2-4 working days after dispatch.
• Dispatch Time: 1-2 days (Order Booking).

Courier Services:

• Prepaid Orders: Bluedart, DTDC.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Bluedart, Delhivery, Trackon, Maruti, Expressbess, depending on the delivery pin code.

Important Notes for COD Orders:

• Advance Payment: 10% of the total amount needs to be paid in advance. This amount is non-refundable if the order is refused or canceled by the customer.

Additional Information:

• Stock Availability: If in stock, delivery within 3-8 days. If not, delivery might be delayed.
• Delay Notification: We will inform you of any delays, or you can inquire about your courier status after 3-4 days.
• Free Shipping: Available across India.
• Tracking: Once you receive the tracking number, you can track your order and communicate with the courier partner directly.
• Issues with Delivery: If your order is lost, not delivered, or delivered to the wrong address, contact us immediately.
• Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel orders without prior notice under unexpected circumstances. Full refunds will be provided for orders canceled by us or lost in transit.
