7 Days Replacement Policy

At Firstcart, our business thrives on trust and honesty, with customer satisfaction as our top priority. We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction on every order. Despite our rigorous quality checks, sometimes damages or wrong items may be delivered. In such cases, we offer a 7-day replacement policy for all products if any defect is found.

Process of Replacement:

  1. Unboxing Video Requirement:

    • Make an unboxing video of the parcel from start to finish without any cuts or pauses.
    • Ensure to show the defect in the video.
    • Note: The video must capture the unboxing process in real-time. Already opened parcel videos will not be accepted.

    • We will arrange the pickup for the return courier.
  4. Product Check and Replacement:

    • Upon receiving the product, we will inspect it. If it has a minor issue, we will repair it; otherwise, we will ship a new product at no extra charge.
    • We aim to resolve the issue within 5-10 days after receiving the return courier.
  5. Alternate Product:

    • The company reserves the right to offer an alternate product if the originally ordered product is not available at that time.

Note: The 7-day replacement policy is only valid for defective items received at delivery time. No replacement will be provided for used products.

7 Days Return/Refund/Exchange Policy

At SastiZone, we aim to provide the best quality products at the best prices. We show what we sell, with actual pictures and videos of our products. Despite our efforts, we understand that sometimes customers might want to return, exchange, or get a refund.

Policy Details:

  1. Return/Refund/Exchange Period:

    • Customers can return, exchange, or request a refund within 7 days after receiving the product.
  2. Condition of Return:

    • The product color might slightly differ due to lighting conditions. If the customer dislikes the color, size, style, or any other aspect, they can return or exchange the product.
    • Send back the product carefully within 3 days after receiving it.
  3. Refund Amount:

    • We will refund 80% of the item price, excluding the box price. 20% will be deducted for shipping and packing charges.
    • In the case of an exchange, we will provide 80% of the watch amount.
  4. Customer Responsibilities:

    • All shipping costs for return, refund, or exchange will be borne by the customer.
    • Ensure the product and packing are proper. Do not remove any packing from the chain or glass.
  5. Return Process:

    • Confirm with us before sending back the product.
    • Courier charges will be borne by the customer.
    • The product should not be tampered with or broken.
    • Send the product back via courier.
  6. Inspection and Refund:

    • After receiving the product, we will inspect it. If the product is in proper condition, we will process the refund.
    • The product should be unused and properly packed.
    • Any scratches or damages will not be acceptable.
  7. COD Refunds:

    • For COD payments, refunds may take longer (8-10 days) as we receive the COD amount after this period.

Please Note:

  • Box amount will not be refunded.
  • After 7 days, no replacement, refund, or return is possible.
